Content about organ donation and transplantation is provided for education under the framework of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act. Mohan Foundation does not arrange, broker, or facilitate organ donation or transplantation, and does not put donors and recipients in contact with each other.

Any commercial dealing in human organs is prohibited by Indian law. We do not discuss, estimate, or facilitate any payment for an organ in any circumstances.

We take care to base content on published clinical and regulatory guidance, and we name our sources. Medical guidance and government schemes change, and information here may become out of date.
