Access or Delete Your Data

What you can ask for

• Access — a summary of the personal data we hold about you and what we have used it for.
• Correction — correction or completion of data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Erasure — deletion of your data, unless we are required by law to retain it.
• Withdrawal of consent — stopping any further processing based on the consent you gave.

How to make a request

Send us a message through the WhatsApp channel below, or through the contact form, including:

1. Which of the four requests above you are making.
2. The phone number or name you used when you contacted us, so we can locate your record.
3. Whether you are making the request for yourself or on behalf of someone who has nominated you.

Please do not send identity documents or medical records with your request. If we need to confirm who you are, we will tell you exactly what is needed and why.

What happens after you ask

• We acknowledge the request when we receive it.
• We confirm you are the person the data relates to, or their nominee.
• We act on the request and confirm in writing what was done.
• If we cannot fully action it — for example where a record must be retained under law — we tell you which part, and why.

What we are likely to hold

In most cases this is limited to the name, phone number, and message you sent us through the contact form or WhatsApp. We do not ask for medical records, identity numbers, or financial details, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

If you are not satisfied

Tell us, and we will look at it again. We have not yet published a named grievance officer, because we publish contact details only once they are verified — an unmonitored address on a rights page would be worse than none. Requests sent through the channels on this page are acted on in the meantime. You also retain the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India.
